Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any point in time if the product was ordered accidentally or is no longer needed, provided the order has not already been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or returns are accepted on innerwear and intimate lingerie products once they are sold.

For other products that are eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 business days of delivery.

• Any refund request made after 7 business days will not be processed.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the same account or payment method used for the initial payment.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed only after the customer provides valid bank account details.

Important Notes

• Refunds will not be issued for products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

• Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
